The story I got was that my reservations (and those others that have
succeeded) were done in error by an inexperience person. (There's
some code indicating that we had to go through casino marketing,
who didn't have a clue and sent me to the poker room when I talked
with them). Anyway, things are now supposed to be fixed.
You *should* be able to register through normal room rerservations
(1-800-336-6378, 2). If you have any trouble, as for Bruce Arthur.
He
's the reg. supv. and has told me things are set up to work now.
Note: 9AM-5PM is the best time to call, I think.
Sorry again for the confusion.
(At least it's better than last year when I had to do all the
reservations myself :-).
