This is the only way that I hold the cards :) I have heard many
people say how uncomfortable this is, but it seems so natural to me.

Coming from an outsider. I took the entire post about Richard to be
taken as it was meant, tongue in cheek.....

I think anyone who reads RGP knows that Richard is a hell of a
dealer, and I have never met him.
